Complementing the 2 litre engine 4WD machines of the World Rally Championship are the 1600cc engine front wheel drive cars of the Junior World Rally Championship (JWRC). The 2005 JWRC season was mainly a two-horse race between Suzuki and Citroen, and in the end the Suzuki Swift Super 1600, which was introduced at Round 5 Finland, just barely lost out on the title. Tamiya now brings you this superb machine as a fully finished Ready-to-Run R/C car with the body pre-painted and all markings pre-applied so you can start racing immediately.

The M-03M chassis features front-mounted motor and front wheel drive just like the actual car for realistic handling. The slim monocoque frame is made of durable resin, and features a 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension with lightweight uprights for sharp steering cornering performance. The suspension's wheel axles are also fitted with eight 1050 size ball bearings to minimize friction loss, while the authentically replicated 11-spoke wheels are mounted with 60D radial tires for great traction.
