Take a digital picture of your work and send the image to digital@tamiya.ca. The subject depicted in the image must be a Tamiya model. Scale models, any R/C item, figures or any other subjects are acceptable. Images depicting a combination of genres are also acceptable. You may enter as many models as you like with a maximum of 6 images per model, each model counts as a new entry - so go crazy! Please include your Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number and a description of your entry including the Tamiya Kit# - we’ll take care of the rest! Entries and winners from 2008

• Open to Canadian Residents only
• Three Early Bird Draws (5 winners chosen at random in each draw).
  - March 1st to June 30th (because of the late start of the Contest this year, we are not holding the June Early Bird, however we will increase the number of prizes for the remaining 2 draws)
  - July 1st to September 30th.
  - October 1st to December 15th.
• Entries within these dates qualify for an Early Bird prize (Tamiya Tools, Tamiya Model Magazine subscription, Paint Stand, Complete Weathering Kits...prize chosen by Borgfeldt Canada and subject to availability). For example: if you enter a photo in March you are eligible to win an Early Bird Draw in June. If you enter another model in August you could win in September.
• All judging held by Borgfeldt Canada.
• Final Contest criteria is based on the digital image as well as the subject matter used.

Tamiya 1/35 T-62.  In my opinion this and the Cheiftan kit are the best armour kits Tamiya makes . They are just outstanding and a lot of fun to build. Hope you like them.

Tamiya 1/35 British Chieftan M.B.T. Box stock. Airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics with a Badger HP 150. Various acrylic and water washes to finish. Dried tea used to recreate dried mud splashes.

Tamiya kit no.61028 1/48 scale A10 Thunderbolt II.  This is a nice kit, well detailed and well armed. I will most likely build another of the same but with different paint scheme.

Tamiya Mini (M-03M #58368) with the Suzuki Swift body. The paint scheme is intended to resemble the McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 livery.

 Bicycle set, Loading crew figurers.

It is a fully hopped up Tamiya TLT-1.  I took the 1/18 Mini RC truck and blew it up to a full 1/10 version. It is all Tamiya, no other parts / brands used.

TAMIYA KIT #24301 PAINTED TAMIYA YELLOW, DIFFERENT TYPES OF METALIZERS USED, DRY BRUSHING DONE TO GIVE MORE DETAIL.  CARBON FIBER AFTER MARKET DECALS WAS USED IN THE ENGINE BAY AND FENDER AREAS.  I ALSO USED IT IN THE DRIVERS COCK PIT ON THE DASH AND DOOR SIDES. ALUMINUM FOIL WAS USED IN THE ENGINE AREA AND BACK WALL TO LOOK LIKE SILVER INSULATION.
